Shadiah Shatrah Nakimuli is a highly accomplished social scientist, having earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Makerere University Kampala, and currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sociology at the same institution. Her professional journey is marked by a diverse range of experiences, encompassing extensive fieldwork, administrative responsibilities, and compliance monitoring. Shadia has played a pivotal role in various Resettlement Action Plans (RAP), Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), and Environmental Audits across industries such as downstream Oil/Gas, Building construction, Manufacturing, and Processing.

In 2024, Shadia embarked on a new chapter in her career as the project administrator at NLS Waste Power Plant. In this capacity, she oversees a wide range of responsibilities, from designing and implementing administrative systems to coordinating meetings, preparing reports, managing human resources, and coordinating experts to undertake feasibility studies for the plant. Her organizational ability and dedication to operational efficiency ensure the seamless administration of the project, further highlighting her versatility and adaptability in driving the project towards success.
