Her diverse skills include business development, resource mobilization, strategic planning, project management, negotiation, stakeholder engagement and management and building teams. Over her 15 years of experience in Waste Management, Lydia has successfully executed several multi million dollar contracts and continues to be a leader in the field on the African continent.
