Jamina is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda who specializes in corporate and commercial matters with a niche in Intellectual property matters and projects. She is also experienced in Alternative Dispute Resolution and heads the firm’s Intellectual Property and Dispute
Resolution Functions. Jamina has attained several accreditations concerning Negotiations, Drafting and Management of Contracts, and Dispute resolution and Law and Practice.
She has had the opportunity of sitting on several boards as both Director and company secretary and has advised several clients on their corporate governance structures, and legal and regulatory compliance and offered support towards their employment matters.
Jamina is currently the Finance Partner and a founding member of Ivory Advocates
