Baggotte John Paul is a Mechanical Engineer with 9 years of working experience in the field of building services Engineering. Over the years he has worked on teams with consultants and contractors in Uganda on various Government and Private Projects. He has skills in project/technical design, management and evaluation, Budget/Bills of Quantities development and management and cost control, procurement planning and management, project quality management with high attention to detail, statistical analysis, and evaluation of program financial effectiveness. 

He has excellent analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyse data and present results through tables and visual mapping and can quickly identify problematic issues and determine appropriate responses as required. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Makerere University (MUK).
