He more than 30 years experience of working on development projects and was involved from the beginning of this project in 2021. He is a generalist project manager with degrees in engineering, business and procurement. 

His main role in this project is to identify, assess and mitigate project risks, but he will also work with cross-cutting issues regarding contractual, procurement and supply chain issues. He will also be the lead author for the Feasibility Study, coordinating the inputs of the other sector experts.
